Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
YATRA ADVISORY GROUP, S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned for processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services or those of their collaborators or suppliers with whom they have reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
- Sending online newsletters about updates, offers, and promotions in our activities.
On what legal grounds can we process your personal data?
The processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
- By legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conducting market research, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements mandating their retention. Once they are no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure data anonymization or complete destruction.
Who will your personal data be shared with?
No data communication to third parties is planned unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality agreements and processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data, as well as the right to limit or object to their processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

- MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary to meet their request, provided by the service provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet their needs.
- SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of the personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to enable them to exercise these rights.
